RGF's Client - a Japanese company in the Manufacturing industry - is looking for a Project Sales Assistant Manager to develop project sales, manage customer relationships and projects, and propose suitable lighting solutions.Working Location: An Khanh Ward, HCMCMonthly Salary: 20M ~ 30M VND GrossJob ResponsibilitiesConduct project-based sales activities for corporate clients such as construction companies, interior design companies, equipment companies, and manufacturersRegularly visit existing customers and build long-term relationshipsDevelop new customers and acquire new projectsGather project information from customers and the market and develop potential projectsPropose suitable products and lighting solutions based on customer needs and project specificationsPrepare quotations and proposal documents, and negotiate pricing and specifications with customersManage the progress of assigned projects and follow up to secure ordersCoordinate with internal technical and production teams regarding specifications, delivery schedules, and productionRespond to customer inquiries and requests regarding delivery schedules, specifications, quality, and other project-related mattersReport project status, sales progress, and future prospects to the Japanese ManagerIn the future, the candidate is expected to independently manage assigned customers and projects and take a leadership role within the sales team仕事内容建設会社、内装設計会社、設備会社、メーカーなどの法人顧客に対するプロジェクト営業既存顧客への定期訪問および中長期的な関係構築新規顧客の開拓および新規プロジェクトの獲得顧客・市場からのプロジェクト情報の収集および案件化顧客ニーズやプロジェクト仕様を把握した上での製品・照明ソリューションの提案見積書・提案資料の作成および価格・仕様に関する顧客との折衝担当プロジェクトの進捗管理および受注に向けたフォローアップ社内の技術部門・生産部門との仕様、納期、製造に関する調整納期・仕様・品質等に関する顧客からの問い合わせや要望への対応担当案件の状況、営業進捗、今後の見込み等について日本人マネージャーへ報告将来的には、担当顧客・プロジェクトを主体的に管理し、営業チームをリードすることを期待しています Necessary Skill / Experience・Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher・Language Skills: English: Business level (required)・Experience:At least 3 years of experience handling projects at a construction company, interior design company, or related company.Experience handling building materials is preferred, although experience with lighting fixtures is not mandatory.Basic PC skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Preferable Skill / Experience・Language Skills: Japanese - Business level (JLPT N2 or above)必須スキル・経験・学歴： 大学卒業以上・語学力：英語：ビジネスレベル（必須）・経験：建設会社、内装設計会社、または関連企業において、プロジェクトを担当した経験3年以上建材を扱った経験があれば歓迎（照明器具の取扱経験は必須ではありません）基本的なPCスキル（Excel、Word、PowerPoint）歓迎スキル・経験・語学力：日本語：ビジネスレベル（JLPT N2以上）Notice: Thank you for your interest in career opportunities at RGF.
