Manage machinery, equipment and infrastructurePlan periodic maintenance for machinery, equipment and infrastructure to ensure continuous system operationPlan procurement and manage spare parts for repair and maintenance activitiesImplement technical improvements for machinery and equipmentManage operation of electrical and water systemsOther tasks as required by management Necessary Skill / Experience:Educational background: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Electricity or AutomationLanguage skills: Proficiency in English or Japanese - Business level (communication, email, document reading comprehension)Experience: At least 2 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing plantsUnderstanding of PLC programmingAbility to read and understand technical drawings, use technical drawing software (e.g., AutoCAD)Preferable Skill/ Experience:Experience in Japanese manufacturing companiesProficiency in either English or Japanese (communication, email, document reading comprehension)Notice: Thank you for your interest in career opportunities at RGF.
