RGF's Client – a Japanese environmental engineering company in the Water Treatment industry – is looking for a Field Service Engineer to provide comprehensive field service engineering support for water treatment systems, ensuring optimal performance through maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical customer support.Working Location: Dai Dong Commune, Bac Ninh Province (old address: Tien Du District, Bac Ninh Province)Monthly Salary: 25,000,000～35,000,000VNDPerform inspection, maintenance, and servicing of both in-house and third-party water treatment systemsTroubleshoot equipment issues, identify root causes, and carry out corrective actionsConduct preventive maintenance and scheduled inspectionsManage and recommend replacement parts and consumablesProvide on-site technical support and operational improvement proposals to customersPropose equipment upgrades and replacements for the company's water treatment systemsCollaborate with the Engineering and Sales teamsPrepare service reports and maintenance records At least 7 years of experience in maintenance of factory equipment (electrical or mechanical), or as a Field Service EngineerEnglish communication skills at conversational level or aboveComfortable interacting with customersEnjoys troubleshooting and solving technical problems on-siteBuilds strong relationships with customers through effective communicationInterested in both technical work and proposing improvement solutionsEager to learn new technologies and develop specialized expertiseSelf-motivated and able to work collaboratively within a teamPreferable Skill/ Experience:Experience in the water treatment industryExperience in chemical engineering or related fields (chemicals, biotechnology, etc.)Experience working for a Japanese companyExperience in equipment upgrades, technical proposals, or after-sales serviceNotice: Thank you for your interest in career opportunities at RGF.
