RGF's Client - a Japanese company in the advertising industry - is looking for a Sales Supervisor to develop sales strategies, expand the client base, drive OOH/DOOH advertising sales, lead and coach the Sales team, and coordinate with internal departments to ensure successful campaign execution and achieve revenue targets.Working Location: Sai Gon Ward, Ho Chi Minh CityMonthly Salary: 24M ~ 30M VND GrossJob ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement sales strategies to achieve assigned revenue and profit targetsIdentify, approach, and acquire new clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing customersExpand business opportunities with direct advertisers, agencies, and strategic partnersPromote the company's OOH/DOOH advertising products and integrated media solutionsSupervise, coach, and motivate the Sales team to achieve individual and team sales targetsMonitor team performance through regular sales reviews and KPI evaluationsCollaborate with Business Produce, Creative, Production teams to prepare sales proposals, media plans, cost estimates, quotations, and client presentationsCoordinate internal resources to ensure successful campaign implementationMonitor project progress and ensure timely delivery - Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
