Solutions Manager to drive business development for employee benefits solutions, develop healthcare and life insurance schemes, acquire and manage clients, strengthen customer relationships, and achieve business growth.Working Location: Ha Noi City or HCM CityMonthly Salary: Negotiable (High Salary)Job ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development: Develop and implement strategies to expand the Employee Benefits business, including Healthcare and Life Insurance.Business Scheme Development: Collaborate with the GD, GM, and related teams to establish and enhance healthcare products, services, and operational processes.Sales & Client Acquisition: Identify prospective clients, prepare proposals and quotations, negotiate contracts, and achieve sales targets. Sales KPIs will be implemented from 2027.Account Management: Manage policy renewals, strengthen client relationships, and maximize cross-selling opportunities.Customer Relationship Management: Deliver high-quality customer service to enhance client satisfaction and retention.Others: Perform other duties as assigned. Education: Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Business Administration, or a related fieldLanguage: English - Business LevelExperience: Minimum 7 years of experience in healthcare insurance, preferably in an insurance company or insurance brokerageLeadership and people management skillsStrong business development and sales skillsExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsStrong negotiation and relationship management skillsStrong planning, time management, and multitasking abilitiesAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team environmentCoaching and training skillsProactive, customer-oriented, and results-driven mindsetPreferable Skill/ Experience- Professional certifications in Insurance are preferredNotice: Thank you for your interest in career opportunities at RGF.
