RGF's Client - an interior design company - is looking for an Office Interior Project Manager to ensure delivery of office interior construction projects through comprehensive project management, client relationship maintenance, and team leadership. Working Location: Hai Ba Trung Ward, Hanoi CityMonthly Salary: 20,000,000 ~ 30,000,000 VND (Negotiable)Job

Customer relations: Follow-up with existing customers in cooperation with sales staff, some new sales (customer visits, participation in social events, etc.), negotiations including budget aspects, status reports to customersProject management: Management of project plan/cost/schedule, meeting with clients and contact person, site check Management: Management of Vietnamese staff, education, and creating a frameworkProducts/Services: Space coordination proposals for interior design and layout for renovations, office relocations, layout changes, etc.May also be responsible for sales and proposals regarding Japanese-made interior materials*Once construction has started, you will be required to conduct periodic site checks and regular visits after the handover.*The site is not running. Overnight business trips are required for projects outside of Hanoi.*Projects cover a wide range of sectors, primarily office interiors but also including commercial facilities and restaurants. Necessary Skill / Experience:Educational Background: Bachelor's degreeLanguage Skill: English - Business Level (for internal communication)Experience: At least 5 years of working experience as a project Manager for Office Interior (project plan/cost/schedule management, client meetings and liaison, quality control, site inspections, etc.)Capable of handling customer relations and negotiations.Preferable Skill/ Experience:Someone with an understanding of negotiation and project management styles typical of foreign-affiliated companies.Those with working experience in Japanese or Korean companiesExperience in Autocad, Illustrator, Photoshop, and 3dsMAX operationExperience in member managementNotice: Thank you for your interest in career opportunities at RGF.
