RGF's client- a Japanese company specializing in manufacturing and processing labels and decals - is looking for an Import & Export Staff to efficiently manage all import and export documentation, customs procedures, cost reporting, and compliance for a manufacturing company specializing in printed products. Working Location: Hai Phong City (formerly located in Cam Giang District, Hai Duong Province)Monthly Salary: Negotiable Job

Prepare and process export documentationExecute customs declaration and customs clearance for import and export goodsIssue invoices and warehouse receipts (bonded warehouse/internal warehouse)Handle procedures for applying for Certificate of Origin (C/O)Prepare monthly revenue reportsExecute procedures for scrapping defective products and faulty goods (NG) for export processing enterprisesMonitor, extend, and manage temporary import and re-export records (mold borrowing)Execute machinery liquidation and change of purpose of useReconcile and finalize debit service charges for cargo handling with forwardersSummarize monthly customs costs and execute customs fee paymentsSend export document sets to customersBuild norms and prepare annual customs settlement reports Necessary Skill / Experience:Education Background: College or University degree in related majorsLanguage Skill: English - Conversational LevelExperience: At least 1 year of experience in the import and export fieldGood office computer skills: Word, Excel,....Agile, dynamic, able to work under pressureWillingness to commit long-term to the companyHonest, cooperative, passionate about machineryPreferable Skill/ Experience:Experience working in a manufacturing factory/mechanical equipment environmentLeadership experienceJapanese language abilityNotice: Thank you for your interest in career opportunities at RGF.
