RGF's Client - Japanese company in the construction industry - is looking for a Civil Engineer to supervise and manage construction site activities for industrial and factory projects, ensuring quality, safety, cost, and schedule while coordinating with subcontractors.Working Location: HCM Office & Project sites in Binh Duong, Dong Nai, etc.Monthly Salary: 20M ~ 29M VND GrossResponsibilities:Supervise construction works to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.Coordinate, direct, and monitor subcontractors.Control project safety, schedule, quality, and cost.Prepare shop drawings using AutoCAD.Follow up on renovation and maintenance projects.Handle other related tasks assigned by the Manager. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.Intermediate English; able to read and understand technical documents in English.At least 5 years of construction site experience, preferably in industrial projects.Able to work under high pressure and meet deadlines.Experience in industrial projects is an advantage.Experience working for a Japanese company is an advantage.Notice: Thank you for your interest in career opportunities at RGF.
