RGF's Client - a Japanese real estate company - is looking for a Market Research Analyst to support the Sales & Marketing team in collecting, managing, and analyzing real estate market and sales data to inform business decisions.Working Location: Giang Vo Ward, Ha Noi CityMonthly Salary: Up to 24,000,000 VND (Gross)Job

Collect and regularly update residential real estate market information, including new projects, supply, selling prices, sales policies, and sales progressMonitor competitor projects and key market movements in Hanoi, Hai Phong, Bac Ninh, and other relevant marketsMaintain market, pricing, and competitor databases and ensure information is accurate and up to dateSupport analysis of internal sales performance, including sold/unsold inventory, product mix, pricing, and sales progressTrack historical pricing and sales policies and prepare basic comparisons to support pricing and sales strategy analysisCollect and analyze customer and sales-agent feedback through surveys, interviews, and other available sourcesConduct project/site visits and communicate with sales agents to collect market information when necessarySupport other ad hoc market research and data analysis requested by the team Necessary Skills / Experience:Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Real Estate, or related fieldsLanguage skill: English - Business LevelExperience: At least 1 year of experience in market research, consulting, or data analysis in the real estate industry. Strong research and analytical skillsCareful with numbers and comfortable working with large amounts of dataGood communication and information-gathering skillsGood Excel and PowerPoint skillsOwnership of assigned tasks, cooperative, flexible, eager to learn new areasWill be based in Ha Noi, but business trips to Hai Phong, Bac Ninh (2-5 times per month)Preferable Skill/ Experience:Knowledge and experience in the residential real estate market is an advantageNotice: Thank you for your interest in career opportunities at RGF.
