RGF's Client - a Japanese real estate company - is looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager to manage and execute sales and marketing activities in accordance with the strategies, plans, and directions established by the Head of Sales & Marketing and senior management.Working Location: Giang Vo Ward, Ha Noi CityMonthly Salary: Up to 48,000,000 VND (Gross)Job

Sales ExecutionExecute approved sales strategies, plans, promotion programs, and sales initiatives.Coordinate with sales agencies, JV partners, and internal departments to ensure effective sales execution.Monitor sales performance, market trends, customer feedback, and implementation progress.Identify issues and risks, and recommend improvement actions to management.
Sales Agency & Stakeholder ManagementCoordinate communication of project information, sales policies, promotions, and operational updates to sales agencies.Collect and consolidate market, customer, and agency feedback.Support agency engagement activities, training, incentive programs, and relationship management.Monitor agency performance and follow up on operational matters.
Marketing ExecutionCoordinate the execution of marketing campaigns, promotional activities, sales events, and branding initiatives.Manage the preparation of sales and marketing materials and ensure quality and timely delivery.Coordinate the operation of show units, sales galleries, and customer-facing facilities.Supervise event execution and resolve operational issues when required.
After-sales ManagementOversee after-sales operations, customer documentation, and administrative procedures.Coordinate the handling of customer requests, complaints, and post-sales issues.Work with internal departments and project partners to resolve operational, contractual, and payment-related matters.Escalate complex customer, legal, contractual, or financial issues to management when necessary. Necessary Skill / Experience:Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Communication, Real Estate or related fieldsLanguage: English - Business LevelExperience: At least 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, or project marketing.Experience in working with external agencies or real estate developersStrong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently, manage multiple stakeholders, and thrive under pressureKey competencies: relationship management, result orientation, communication & presentation skills, problem-solving ability, task delegation and follow-upOwnership of assigned tasks, cooperative, flexible, keen to learn new areasPreferable Skill/ Experience:Knowledge and professional experience in the residential real estate market is an advantageNotice: Thank you for your interest in career opportunities at RGF.
