134732 - Accounting Manager - Trading

RGF's Client - a Japanese trading company - is looking for an Accounting Manager to manage accounting operations, financial reporting, tax compliance, and lead the accounting team.Working Location: Sai Gon Ward, HCMCMonthly Salary: 30M ~ 37M VND GrossResponsibilities:Manage daily accounting operations and review accounting documents and transactions.Oversee monthly and annual closing processes and financial reporting.Handle accounting and tax-related matters in compliance with Vietnamese regulations.Directly support daily accounting tasks when necessary.Manage and supervise a team of 3 - 4 accounting staff, including task allocation, work progress monitoring, and deadline management.Train and guide junior accounting staff and resolve accounting-related issues to ensure smooth team operations.Prepare and review accounting reports for management.Coordinate with internal departments and external parties on accounting matters.Perform other accounting-related tasks as assigned by management. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.At least 5 years of hands-on accounting experience, including monthly/yearly closing and financial reporting.Experience leading an accounting team in an Accounting Manager role.Business-level English communication skills.Strong leadership skills and the ability to train and guide junior staff.Proficiency in office computer applications and accounting software.Flexibility to work overtime when required.Preferable Skills / Experience:Japanese language skills.Chief Accountant Certificate.Notice: Thank you for your interest in career opportunities at RGF.
