Working location: Pacific Place, 83B Ly Thuong Kiet, Cua Nam Ward, Hanoi, Vietnam

Monthly Salary: Negotiable

To seek and receive requests for human resources management consulting services from clients.

To meet clients to confirm the current status of their human resources policies.

To analyze the current policies and demand with regard to clients for human resources and to propose effective human resources policies.

To prepare reports for clients and consult with clients about proposals on human resources policies.

To build a client base and develop a strong relationship with clients.

To work on a prompt and punctual basis so as to provide human resources management consulting services of the highest quality.

To perform other work relating to human resources management consulting as assigned by Managers.

To chase monthly sales target

Mainly be in charge of business development activity for non-Japanese clients (foreign companies and large local corporations).

Connect and develop relationships with potential clients in Vietnam by making phone calls, visiting and attending networking events

Find potential clients who have hiring demands

Help clients understand our service and get signed contracts from them

Do market research to find potential clients

Work closely with business development members in Hanoi and HCMC

Sales target will be evaluated by the number of job orders and contracts from new clients.

Education Background: Bachelor's degree

Language Skill: Business Level in English

Experience: Has at least 1 year of working experience as a consultant in the same industry

Has strong interpersonal skills, presentation skills, logical thinking, and target driven mindset
