Oversees six key functions: General Accounting, Cost Accounting, Management Planning, Compliance, Treasury, and Payroll.
Provides financial leadership and insights to Top Management, supporting accurate reporting and strategic decision-making.
Manages accounting operations and controls.
Ensures regulatory and corporate compliance.
Leads financial governance and risk management, overseeing direct reports, confidential financial records, banking transactions, shareholder meetings, external specialists, and bribery-prevention compliance.
