As a Accounts Executive within our Finance Department, your primary responsibility is to accurately input financial data into our computer systems and make reports. You’ll play a crucial role in maintaining organized records and ensuring the integrity of our financial information. Duties and

Data Entry: Enter customer and account data from source documents within specified time limits. Accuracy and Verification: Compile, verify accuracy, and sort information to prepare source data for computer entry. Review data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and ensuring accurate output. Record Keeping: Maintain effective record-keeping practices by organizing files and collecting information for future use. Confidentiality: Handle sensitive financial data with utmost confidentiality. Collaboration: Work closely with the finance team, Finance Manager and other departments to ensure data accuracy and consistency. Degree in Finance & Accounts 1 - 3 years data entry work experience, ideally as a Data Entry Operator or in Accounts Department, freshers can also apply. Familiarity with MS Office and data programs such as SAP.(SAP experience is an advantage; training will be provided for candidates without prior SAP experience) Should be able to speak English.
