ACCOUNTS MANAGER

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Jr. Manager in Training. This role is designed for an experienced SME who demonstrates strong leadership potential and is ready to develop their skills in people management, operations, and team performance. The successful candidate will undergo training and gain hands-on experience in preparation for future managerial responsibilities.

Graduate of any Bachelor's degree.

At least 2 years of experience as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) or in a similar senior-level operational role.

Demonstrated leadership potential and ability to motivate and influence team members.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Experience in coaching and mentoring team members is an advantage.

Knowledge of performance management and operational processes is an advantage.

Willing to work on a graveyard or shifting schedule during peak seasons.

Willing to undergo management training and take on increased leadership responsibilities.
