Accounts Receivable Specialist

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable & Collections Specialist to manage collection activities, process payments, maintain accurate financial records, and support billing operations.

The ideal candidate is results-driven, comfortable with outbound collection calls, proficient in QuickBooks Online, and capable of resolving issues independently while identifying opportunities to improve processes.

Conduct daily outbound calls and follow-ups on overdue accounts, outstanding balances, and failed payments.

Monitor accounts receivable, resolve payment concerns, and coordinate with relevant teams when necessary.

Record incoming payments and maintain accurate customer account information.

Prepare and issue invoices and reconcile payment records using QuickBooks Online and spreadsheets.

Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and outstanding receivable entries.

Maintain accurate documentation of collection activities, payments, and adjustments.

Prepare daily collection and accounts receivable reports for management.

Identify opportunities to improve collection efficiency and financial processes.

At least 1 year of experience in Collections, Accounts Receivable, Billing, or a similar finance operations role.

Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO) is required.

Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in spreadsheets and financial recordkeeping.

Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and take ownership of responsibilities.

Demonstrated initiative, coachability, and leadership potential.

Familiarity with GoHighLevel (GHL) is an advantage.

Note: An accounting degree or accounting-related educational background is not required, provided the candidate has relevant experience and the necessary technical skills.
