ADMIN- Involving submitting Visa & work permit for Foreign employee- Manage labor contracts, WP, TRC for Foreign employee- Booking ticket flight for employee- Collecting invoices, contract and receipts for payment request- Manage office stationery and supplies & payment service fees for Office- Other tasks assigned by management2. ACCOUNTING- Performing daily accounting tasks: following and checking on bank transactions, payment transfers, receivable and payable; issuing VAT invoices; collecting invoices; storing documents and inputting data into accounting software.
Checking and ensuring all contracts with vendors and clients are consistent; keeping track of all the contracts in filing properly.
Sending letter confirmation (Receivable, payable account) for audit purpose 1. Requirement:- Bachelor of Finance and Accounting- 1 to 3 years of professional experience in a similar role- English communication- Knowledge of Accounting software Fast (VAS) & BC365 - Must be proficient in data entry and management- Good communication and problem-solving skills- The ability to work with teams- Proactive, meticulous, integrity- Keep strict confidentiality of information2.
