Under minimal direction, the Advanced Manufacturing Engineering (AME) serves as a liaison between New Product Development (NPD) and Operations. The AME is responsible to build equipment/automation machine to support product strategy and product roadmap. This position facilitates the Project Management initiatives with NPD and MFG teams to successfully launch quality new products, on time and on budget. This role is a fundamental part of our Manufacturing engineering team located in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. We are looking for a self-motivated individual with proven project experience, as well as someone who exhibits the drive for continuous improvement.-Attend NPD meetings, work with the Operations Team to develop new equipment for new product, and production scheduling needs-Develop and maintain Gantt Charts, Project Schedule, Risk Assessment, and Contingency Plans-Have ability to conduct research, development, and implementation of new equipment/automatic machine to improve current throughput, scrap/rework reduction, reduce cost, improve quality and improve reliability-Conduct equipment certification/verification and run-off, using statistical analysis tools to verify process rate, capability and Gage R&R- Assist with Continuous Improvement Projects in: Kaizen Activities, OEE- Engage in automation and innovation course through technology co-research and development as well as engineering co-test and deployment Bachelor's degree in Automation Control Engineering or Industrial Automation Engineering or Mechatronic EngineeringMinimum two years related experience in design and fabrication of Automatic, Semi-automatic Equipment, Automatic Integration System (most preferable) or an equivalent industrial environment • Minimum one-year project management experience-Specialty skills in Robotics, Factory Automation, Automation Control, and Mechatronic Engineering (most preferable) or Hardware and Mechanical design or Software and Electrical Design and Digitalization-SOLIDWORKS and PLC programing -Self-learner, teamwork, presentation. -From intermediate English skills in both written and verbal communication Ngành nghề: Điện / Điện tử / Điện lạnh / Điện công nghiệp, Sản xuất / Vận hành sản xuất, Cơ khí / Ô tô / Tự động hóa Kinh nghiệm: 2 Năm Cấp bậc: Nhân viên Hình thức: Nhân viên chính thức Địa điểm: Hồ Chí Minh
