AesteTech Global is a medical tourism agency that helps international clients, mainly from Malaysia and Singapore, arrange aesthetic and medical procedures with leading hospitals across Asia. In Ho Chi Minh City we work closely with City International Hospital (CIH). As we grow, we’re looking for a Client Coordinator to be our team on the ground.

The role

You’ll be the main point of contact for our clients while they’re in Ho Chi Minh City, from arrival to departure. You’ll make sure every client feels safe and well cared for, and that each trip runs smoothly.

Responsibilities

Meet clients at the airport and arrange their transfers to the hospital and hotel

Go with clients to consultations, pre-op check-ups and follow-up appointments

Translate and support communication between clients and hospital staff

Coordinate surgery schedules, hospital stays and discharge with the hospital team

Check in on clients during recovery and update the AesteTech team in Malaysia

Handle client questions and concerns quickly and professionally

Keep accurate records of client schedules, documents and feedback

Requirements

Fluent in Vietnamese and English (Mandarin or Malay is a plus)

Based in Ho Chi Minh City

Experience in hospitality, tourism, healthcare or customer service is an advantage

Organised, reliable and calm under pressure

Warm and caring with clients, especially during recovery

Flexible hours, including some early mornings, evenings and weekends based on client flights and surgery schedules
