Lead AI projects from solution design to production deployment.
Design, develop, and optimize Computer Vision solutions for manufacturing and production environments.
Build AI-powered applications and internal AI platforms using LLMs, LangChain, LangFlow, RAG, AI agents, and workflow orchestration tools.
Develop low-code/no-code AI solutions that help business users create AI chatbots and workflows with less IT dependency.
Work with IT, software, infrastructure, and business teams to integrate AI solutions into enterprise systems.
Provide technical guidance, mentoring, code review, and best-practice direction for AI engineers.
Participate hands-on in development, debugging, deployment, and production support.
Contribute to AI architecture, scalability planning, technical roadmap, monitoring, and maintainability.
At least 5 years of experience in AI/ML engineering or related technical roles.
Strong hands-on experience in Computer Vision projects, preferably in real production environments.
Experience deploying AI solutions into production systems.
Strong programming skills in Python.
Practical experience with AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, OpenCV, or similar tools.
Experience with Generative AI, including LLM applications, LangChain, LangFlow, RAG, AI agents, or AI workflow automation.
Good understanding of system integration, APIs, deployment workflows, and infrastructure concepts.
Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
Ability to make technical decisions and drive execution in a fast-moving environment.
