Air/Sea Operation Staff (Hanoi - Ho Chi Minh)

For the Hanoi-based position, experience handling air freight is preferredHandle Air- Sea export/import shipment from Vietnam and OverseaFollow export/import shipments, contact to cariers, coloaders to get booking information, send booking confirmation, make the debit note to send to clients and agents.Take care correct document for each shipment -Input data to system and make the payment for carriers, coloadersContact to customs broker to arrange custom clearance procedureContact to oversea Agent for checking inquiry quotationSend pre-alert and Arrival notice to agents and CustomersArrange pick up or delivery cargo on timeFollow the monthly statement of all clients and agents that handle shipment.Solve problem, find the solution for every responsible jobsMake the weekly and month report to Manager.Work location: 1 Operations position in Hanoi, 1 Operations position in Ho Chi Minh City. 2-5 years experience in Logistics/forwarder companyBasic proficiency in English.College/University graduate.Salary: Negotiate Ngành nghề: Vận chuyển / Giao nhận / Kho vận, Xuất nhập khẩu, Dịch vụ khách hàng Kinh nghiệm: 2 Năm Cấp bậc: Nhân viên Hình thức: Nhân viên chính thức Địa điểm: Hà Nội, Hồ Chí Minh
