Operate and monitor AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) machines for PCB/PCBA inspection.
Inspect PCB/PCBA products for defects such as missing components, wrong components, soldering defects, misalignment and polarity issues.
Verify and identify AOI inspection results and perform visual inspection when required.
Record inspection results and report abnormalities or defects to the supervisor.
Ensure inspected products meet quality requirements and production specifications.
Follow work instructions, SOP, ESD control and company quality procedures.
Perform basic machine operation, cleaning and daily equipment checks.
Separate and properly identify defective and good products to prevent mixing.
Support production and quality teams in maintaining product quality and achieving production targets.
Maintain a clean and organized working area according to 5S requirements.
