Job Summary:
Assistant Brand Manager will collaborate with Brand Manager to help develop and implement effective brand-building strategies.

Develop monthly and quarterly communication and social media plans aligned with traffic, revenue and category priorities.
Track Traffic, CVR, ASP, sales and category performance to identify gaps, opportunities and recommended actions.
Develop and execute initiatives across social, content, digital, CRM, events, partnerships and in-store activations to support traffic and revenue growth.
Manage the brand’s social content and day-to-day brand expression, working closely with the Social Executive to ensure consistency and quality.
Contribute ideas for campaigns and activations that keep the brand fresh, relevant and connected to its audience.
Manage external partners, creators and brands across briefing, coordination, negotiation and execution.
Coordinate closely with Product, VM, Digital, PR, Creative and Operations to ensure timely delivery.
Support Brand Manager in managing marketing budget and brand performance.
Propose alternative actions when planned activities are delayed or not delivering expected results.
Handle administrative tasks and other ad-hoc assignments as required.
Must have:
Candidates born 1994 – 1999 are preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or similar major
At least 2 years of experiences as Assistant Brand Manager, Brand Marketing Leader, fashion is plus
Strong commercial mindset; comfortable with targets, numbers, Excel and performance tracking.
Good sense of social media and visual communication; able to work with references and maintain brand consistency.
Able to balance business performance, branding and community/culture building.
Proactive and comfortable working in a fast-changing environment.
Strong stakeholder and project management skills across internal and external teams.
Nice to have:
Experience in fashion, lifestyle, culture, F&B, creative spaces or community-led brands is a plus.
Hands-on experience with performance marketing or working closely with ads/digital teams.
Familiarity with reporting tools, dashboards, or data visualization.
Experience in product/category management or merchandising.
Experience working with KOL/KOC, PR, or content production workflows.

2 months probation period with 100% official salary applied.
