Order Management:

EDI order management.

Daily manage auto order processing to ensure without any interruption from customer’s order to SAP.

Optimize and execute stock allocation strategy.

Manage SD status + substitution

Prepare order form by Division.

Proactive working with Supply planning, PIM team, Warehouse and Transporter to find the root cause of catalogue, inventory issues, order issues and solving it.

Work together with credit, customer care, PD and commercial teams to ensure order management excellence to meet customer expectations and business needs

Daily reconcile number of orders, order status vs SAP and WH.

Daily managed items drop services rate and analysis the reasons of drop service rate. Corporate and follow up with stakeholder to have action improve service rate.

Completed report of related Order Management.

Minimum 2-3 years’ SAP experience of Order processing, Stock management.

Strong in experience in VBA, SQL, Power BI tool to simplify data processing and analytics.

Strong analytical skills for root cause analysis as well as mutual.

Strong interpersonal skills to work with multiple business partners within and outside the organization to reconcile data.

Able to work under pressure of short daily deadlines

Effective communication skills.

Highly adaptable with a “can-do” attitude

Attention to details.

High level of accuracy and responsibility to follow through
