As one of Singapore’s fastest-growing companies, we are looking for motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Project Managers to join our team.

The Role

You will support the planning and delivery of diverse client projects across our three core service pillars:

Project Coordination: Support the planning and management of client projects to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with internal IT and technical teams to coordinate project activities.

Consultative Support: Provide professional advice and tailored solutions to meet specific client requirements.

Client Presentations: Deliver presentations regarding Verztec’s background, past success stories, and service offerings.

Planning & Communication: Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones while providing regular, effective updates to clients throughout the project lifecycle.

Eligibility: Singaporeans and Permanent Residents are welcome to apply.

Education: Minimum Diploma qualification or higher.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal and coordination skills with a collaborative mindset.

Experience: Past experience in customer service or client account management is an advantage.
