Booking Senior Staff (Air Logistics)

Your role & responsibilitiesSecure booking space and effective consolidation for air outbound shipments:Receive air outbound information of shipments from CS teamCreate the job and input cost due carriersTrack and update shipment status with all concern Handle air export from co-loader:Receive air shipment information from customers, book & confirm with airlinesMake the quotations & advise for co-loaderTrack the customer’s payment Secure space for the demand and optimize procurement:Check, compare and monitor to ensure the best competitive rates for each shipmentCollect/update buying ratesYour skills & qualificationsDegree of university graduation and equivalence, better in logistics, supply chain or foreign trade.At least 2-year experience in freight forwarding and logistics operation.Good English communication & writing.Able to use Microsoft OfficeBenefits for you Attractive fixed salary and allowances.
