Your Skills and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.At least 3 years of experience, preferably in the software development industry.Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).Strong skills in requirement gathering, documentation, and backlog management.Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Figma, or equivalent.Ability to create and manage user stories, wireframes, and acceptance criteria.Good knowledge of UAT processes, test case preparation, and validation.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; able to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
