Your Skills and Experience Business Analysis SkillsRequirement gathering and stakeholder communication.Process modeling: Workflow, DFD, BPMN.Experience with User Stories, backlog management, Scrum/Kanban.Gap and impact analysis (As-Is / To-Be).Experience in Banking, Fintech, payment, or financial systems is highly preferred.Database & Architecture SkillsStrong knowledge of SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.Data modeling and ERD design.SQL/query performance tuning and indexing.Understanding of data security, governance, backup, and recovery.Nice to HaveBasic knowledge of Python, Go, Java, or Node.js and REST APIs.Experience with AWS RDS, Google Cloud SQL, or Azure SQL.
