Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and KPI target setting.
Monitor business performance against budgets and previous periods.
Analyze performance trends, gaps, and opportunities across centers, regions, and products.
Support the development and review of sales incentive schemes.
Calculate monthly incentives and work with relevant teams to verify the results.
Prepare regular and ad hoc business reports and analyses.
Work with business teams to understand their needs and provide insights for decision-making.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in business analysis, planning, finance, or a related role.
Strong Excel and analytical skills.
Basic understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and business KPIs.
Good communication skills and attention to detail.
Experience with Power BI or SQL is an advantage.
Good written and spoken English is preferred but not required.
