Ensures achievement of group sales target

Directs and supervises the sales agents

Monitors daily activities of sales agents

Formulates sales strategies

Formulates and recommends sales policies and procedures

Reviews and approves itinerary of sales agents

Recommends sales target for his group

Recommends distribution of accounts among sales agents

Recommends approval of payment request, credit memos and amendments forms of sales agents.

Conducts regular meetings with sales agents

Submit weekly sales performance report

Performs other related functions that maybe assigned from time to time
