Your role & responsibilitiesMajor dutiesProduct DevelopmentCreate ideas for new product development, cooperate with MD to choose suitable materials, processing, and packaging.Prepare product samples for tasting and revise until recipe finalization.Write detailed RCP (Recipe Card Process) with step-by-step photos.Product ImprovementReview old recipes and current cooking processes to propose improvements.Make sample for tasting and finalize revised recipes with MD.Write RCP with detailed process and photos.TrainingConduct training for new and improved products before launch, following MD plan.Record training reports and ensure staff competency.Train staff for skill tests and support as internal trainer.Material ImprovementSupport MD in checking new materials, suppliers, and sourcing.Record tasting results in official reports.Operation ImprovementPropose ideas to improve production processes in Sweet & Dessert counter.Product Quality CheckingConduct monthly product quality checks (taste, size, appearance).Support operation adjustments to ensure consistency and standard compliance.New Store OperationPropose menu items and necessary kitchen equipment for new store openingsOperations dutiesAny necessary task that request from superior or manager.Travel for business trip when required.Rule and RegulationsFollow all working procedures, the company's policies, rules and regulationsYour skills & qualifications04-year experience in related positionExperienced in working at 5 star hotels or fancy bakery shop is a plusWorkmanship certificate (if any)Experience in Cake and sweet dessert chef or relevant roleAbility to make and develop some drinks menu (tea, coffee, milk tea...)Self-disciplined with ability to work independentlyGood interpersonal skillsTraining skillsAbility to be sensitive to the marketBenefits for you 13-month salary Performance bonus Meal allowance Transportation allowance Staff purchase Premium Healthcare Full salary social insurance 13 days annual leaves Many opportunities for development (transfer, promotion) Training and learning development
