Handle customer inquiries and concerns through inbound calls and email.
Provide professional and personalized customer service through active listening and effective communication.
Safeguard and handle confidential customer information appropriately.
Resolve customer concerns efficiently and aim for first-call resolution through a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
Communicate clearly and professionally while maintaining a positive customer experience.

High School, Senior High School, and College fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Excellent English communication and typing skills.
With at least 6 months of BPO/customer service experience preferred.
No BPO experience? Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply!
Customer-focused, proactive, and willing to learn.
