Caspeco is looking for Fullstack Developer (.NET/Java, Javascript) to join our dynamic team in Hanoi, Vietnam Your Skills and Experience What will you do?Build and maintain high-performance backend services and APIs in C#/.NET or JavaContribute to frontend features that connect to those servicesDesign and implement REST APIs and microservicesImprove the observability of our systems and services so we can find and fix problems quicklyUse AI tools as a natural part of how you design, build, and test softwareKeep the bar high for code quality, reliability, and securityWork closely with designers, product managers, and data teams to deliver solutions that fit togetherPresent plans and technical decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersHelp the team keep improving how we build softwareDesired skills and experience:6+ years of backend development experience with strong expertise in C#/.NET (preferred) or JavaWorking knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript for frontend developmentHands-on use of AI tools in your day-to-day work, or genuine curiosity and eagerness to start4+ years of experience with Azure, including services such as Container Apps, AKS, and App Service, plus DockerSolid grasp of system design and distributed architecture, and experience building scalable, reliable servicesHands-on experience with CI/CD using GitHub Actions or Azure DevOpsExperience with at least one of SQL Server, MongoDB, Redis, or Azure StorageStrong knowledge of RESTful API design and best practicesExcellent written and spoken English Why You'll Love Working Here Join our innovative and market-leading Scandinavian SaaS company and accelerate your growth alongside experienced software engineers from around the world.
