Category & Channel Planning: Develop and implement category and channel plans aligned with business objectives to drive sustainable growth.Trade Investment & Promotion: Build and manage trade & promotion plans that optimize investments and deliver strong ROI.AP2 Forecast Accuracy: Validate business assumptions, identify gaps, and ensure alignment with Sales, Marketing, and Demand Planning.Market & Performance Analysis: Monitor category and channel performance, analyze shopper behavior, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.Budget & P&L Management: Manage trade budgets and expenses effectively while maintaining Category P&L objectives.Cross-functional Collaboration: Lead collaboration across functions to ensure timely and effective execution of commercial initiatives.Reporting & Business Insights: Prepare performance reports, business reviews, and actionable insights to support strategic decision-making. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.Minimum 2–3 years of experience in: Trade Marketing, Category Management, Channel Development, Sales Planning Or similar functionsExposure to multi-channel operations such as GT, MT, and E-commerce is preferred.
