I/ Key Responsibilities:Plan, schedule, assign tasks, and supervise production activities to ensure smooth production progress.Ensure process compliance and stable operations.Ensure quality control and compliance with the standards.Monitor, train, and periodically evaluate production personnel to ensure effective performance and skill development.Ensure EHS compliance and proper PPE usage.Accurately record production data, incidents, and equipment downtime; prepare periodic production reports and maintain production documents.Drive continuous improvement in production.
