Location: Truong Son Wind Power Project (Bolikhamxai, Laos).Key Responsibilities:· Be responsible for Chinese to Vietnamese translation, including written translation, on-site translation for meetings and on-site construction translation.· Manage project files, including technical documents, meeting minutes, logistics documents and correspondence etc.· Be responsible for procuring site office supplies and coordinating vessel, apartment, and car rentals; handle communication and coordination for rental processes and temporary site facilities.· Perform other tasks as assigned by the Project Manager. · Be proficient in Chinese Mandarin. English is a plus.· Have strong communication and coordination ability· Be diligent and have strong sense of responsibility.· The Wind Farm Project Assistant will work at the wind project sites according to Service Manager’s assignment and live with project engineers at workdays. · The Project Assistant will travel between different provinces if work requires.· Enjoy working in teams and communicating with various stakeholders.
