MỤC TIÊU CÔNG VIỆC / JOB OBJECTIVES Own the day-to-day technical operations, monitoring, and continuous improvement of the NAPAS Domestic Credit Card System — ensuring maximum system uptime, transaction integrity, and operational excellence. Serve as Level 2 technical escalation point for all card-related incidents; diagnose and resolve issues across the full card processing chain — CMS, NAPAS host, CBS, HSM, and network layers — within defined SLAs. Maintain full PCI DSS compliance within the Card Data Environment (CDE) and ensure all cryptographic key management operations are executed with dual-control discipline and complete audit trail documentation.
