Client Support and Marketing Assistant

We’re looking for a proactive and positive individual to join our dynamic team! What You’ll Do:

Provide essential business support to Marketing and Client Services Managers

Coordinate and manage administrative workflows to keep operations running smoothly

Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as documentation, scheduling, and internal coordination

Assist with preparation and submission of commercial and government tenders

Work closely with team members across departments to support marketing activities

Conduct customer follow-ups and maintain accurate, up-to-date records

Track and update marketing reports to support decision-making

Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns

Help improve internal processes and contribute ideas to enhance efficiency

Take on a variety of meaningful tasks that keep each day engaging and rewarding

What We’re Looking For:

Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents only (NO quota available for foreign workers)

Minimum Diploma or equivalent in any discipline

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Strong command of English (spoken and written)

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks

Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow

Friendly, service-oriented, and a strong team player
