This role is critical in ensuring our cloud platforms are secure, scalable, cost-efficient, and highly available. You will take ownership of cloud optimization, security posture management, and automation using Infrastructure as Code and scripting. **Key ResponsibilitiesCloud Operations & ReliabilityOperate and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS, ensuring high availability, performance, and scalabilityMonitor, troubleshoot, and resolve complex cloud infrastructure issues across multiple environmentsImplement best practices for cloud operations, resilience, and disaster recoveryCollaborate with application teams to improve operational excellence for serverless workloadsCloud SecurityDesign, implement, and maintain secure cloud architectures following security best practicesIdentify, analyze, and remediate security issues and vulnerability findings from security tools and auditsWork closely with security teams to improve cloud security posture and complianceImplement IAM policies, network security controls, encryption, and logging/monitoring Infrastructure as Code & AutomationDesign and manage infrastructure using Terraform and IaC best practicesBuild and maintain automation scripts and tools using Python (or similar scripting languages)Automate cloud operations, security controls, monitoring, and remediation workflowsCloud OptimizationDrive cloud cost optimization initiatives (FinOps mindset)Optimize performance, scalability, and resource utilization across AWS servicesProvide recommendations and implement improvements to reduce waste and improve efficiency Your Skills and Experience 3+ years of experience in Cloud Operations Engineer (CloudOps) positionStrong hands-on experience with AWS services, including:+ EC2, VPC, IAM, RDS, S3, CloudWatch, CloudTrail, AppSync, API Gateway+ Serverless services such as AWS LambdaSolid understanding of networking concepts (VPC design, routing, security groups, NACLs, VPNs)Proven experience in cloud security, vulnerability management, and incident remediationHands-on experience with Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC)Strong automation skills using Python (or equivalent scripting language)Experience implementing monitoring, logging, and alerting solutionsAbility to troubleshoot complex cloud and security issues under pressureNice to haveExperience with cloud security tools (e.g., GuardDuty, Wiz, etc)Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD pipelinesFamiliarity with container platforms (EKS, ECS, Docker)AWS certifications (e.g., Solutions Architect, Security Specialty)Soft skillsStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsAbility to work independently and take ownership of cloud environmentsClear communication skills and ability to collaborate across teamsGood communication in EnglishSecurity-first mindset with a passion for automation and continuous improvement Why You'll Love Working Here Attractive salary commensurate with your expected salary and working experienceHave the opportunity to go on a work trip to SingaporeFull pay during the probation periodTotal contribution to social insurance is based on the Gross salary13th-month salaryCompany bonusAnnual health check-upsPremium health insurance (PTI)14 days of annual leaveEmployee gifts for special occasions such as birthdays, and celebrationsCompany trips per yearQuarterly team outing budgetMonthly parties
