CNC Programmer

Education & Experience:

Minimum of [e.g., 2–3 years] of hands-on experience in CNC programming, setup, and operation. Technical degree or vocational certification in Machining/Mechanical Engineering is preferred.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, SolidWorks, or Fusion 360).

Strong knowledge of G-code and M-code programming.

Blueprint Reading: Ability to interpret complex engineering drawings, blueprints, and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).

Problem Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills for tooling, machining process adjustments, and program optimization.
