Assist customers via chat, email, or phone

Provide accurate information regarding products, billing, or services

Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently

Document interactions in the system

Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets

Full training will be provided.

If you’ve worked in customer-facing roles around Iloilo, you already qualify.

Examples:

Service Crew at Jollibee, McDo (SM City Iloilo / Festive Walk)

Sales Associate at Robinsons Iloilo or SM City Iloilo

Cashier at Gaisano, Metro Supermarket, or local stores

Front Desk / Receptionist

Online seller handling Facebook or chat inquiries

If you help customers and know basic computer navigation — you qualify.
