Consumer Insight Analysis (60%)+ Collect, analyze, and interpret consumer data from various sources such as surveys, interviews, focus groups, and social media platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional team, including Marketing, R&D and sales teams to provide data-driven insights that support the New products development process and effective marketing and sales strategies.
Monitor and Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies; conduct report in monthly basis to suggest innovative approaches to consumer insights.
Generate reports, presentations, and dashboards to effectively communicate key findings and recommendations to stakeholders at various levels of the organization.Consumer surveys design & implementation (30%)+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand research objectives and collect specific data required to support business goals.
Design and develop survey questionnaires to gather relevant and accurate data.
Implement surveys through various methods (both in-house and using agency), such as online platforms, telephone interviews, or in-person interviews.
