Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Experience in corporate/B2B insurance sales
Knowledge of corporate insurance products, such as:
Group life insurance
Group health/HMO
Property and casualty insurance
Employee benefits Strong sales and business development skills, including prospecting, client presentations, proposal preparation, and closing deals. Ability to build relationships with HR managers, business owners, executives, and corporate decision-makers. Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to meet sales targets and generate new business accounts. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a sales pipeline and client accounts. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Professional, confident, results-oriented, and customer-focused personality.
Salary range: 27K-32K
Work Location: Bel-air Makati City
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 8am-5pm
