BROAD FUNCTION:The Costing Assistant – to support her Superior in setting up the Costing breakdown and perform the necessary tasks to complete it for Costing purposes.JOB

FABRIC / TRIMS / MATERIALS / EMBELLISHMENTS:Check on fabric, accessories, embellishments & packing material prices with Merchandisers/Suppliers to prepare for Costing.Needs to verify prices if find any discrepancies.BOM Checking :Review and understand the Technical Worksheets & Standard

of the Assigned Brand/Customer.Extract information from BOM (Bill of Material) & create Costing Chart for all Styles.Check Construction Worksheets to ensure all trims are reflected as on BOM; to notify Product Developers if any discrepancy.PAC SYSTEM :Build Costing data in system for Consumption, Prices and Colors.Update Costings & Saved to Server.COSTING PROCESS :To build Internal Costing on: Consumption, Price, MOQ/MCQTo enter Data on following Charts :Seasonal Bulk Production Price Chart (FOB Prices)Seasonal Bulk leadtime Chart (Fabric Greige Leadtime)Perform other duties which may be assigned by superior from time to time JOB SPECIFICATIONS / MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Min GCE O levelExperience in garment industry is preferredGood in Microsoft ExcelTeam player and meticulous, good communication and time management skillsEducation requirement: Junior College, UniversityWORKING RELATIONSHIP:Internal key customers: Build and maintain good working relationship with team members and other departments.External key customers: Build and maintain good working relationship with buyers, suppliers and printersKEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:Prepare all necessary Data clearly & with accuracy.Ensure all tasks needed to complete buy ready are process within time-frameDeliver and achieve good KPI(s) and set goals Ngành nghề: Dệt may / Da giày / Thời trang, Thu mua / Vật tư, Thống kê Kinh nghiệm: null Năm Cấp bậc: Nhân viên Hình thức: Nhân viên chính thức Địa điểm: Tiền Giang
