As a Customer Service Executive, you'll be responsible for delivering excellent customer support through multiple communication channels. Your responsibilities include:
Handle inbound customer enquiries professionally via phone calls
Respond to customer enquiries through Live Chat and Email
Resolve customer issues by identifying the root cause and providing appropriate solutions
Escalate complex cases to the relevant department when necessary
Maintain accurate customer records and case documentation
Ensure service quality and customer satisfaction while meeting operational KPIs
Yêu Cầu Năng Lực & Kinh Nghiệm
We're looking for individuals who are:
Minimum SPM / SKM Level 3 or above
Able to communicate well in both Bahasa Malaysia and English
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Candidates without prior working experience are welcome
Able to work on 24 hours rotational shift and on weekend
