Your Role as a Retail Customer Service Representative

Product and order inquiries
Product availability and promotions
Delivery and order status
Returns, exchanges, refunds, and cancellations
Account and order updates
Customer questions and concerns
Providing accurate information and solutions
Documenting customer interactions
Escalating complex concerns when needed
