Your Role as a Travel Customer Service Representative

Booking changes, cancellations, and rebooking

Travel schedules, itineraries, and policies

Baggage and reservation concerns

Customer requests and account updates

Providing accurate information and solutions

Documenting customer interactions

Escalating complex concerns when needed
