Job Purpose

Phụ trách việc tính toán và đảm bảo tính chính xác kịp thời của các chương trình trả thưởng cho các vị trí/kênh của Khối Khách hàng cá nhân:

Hỗ trợ/tư vấn đơn vị kinh doanh và các phòng ban liên quan trong việc ra các chính sách/cơ chế/phương pháp tính toán thích hợp trong từng thời kỳ.

Đưa ra các nhận định về các vấn đề còn tồn đọng trong các chương trình trả thưởng.

Responsible for calculating and ensuring the accuracy of payment programs for Retail division:

Supporting / advising business units and other departments of Retail division in developing appropriate policies / rules / methods in each period.

Gives insights on outstanding issues in payment programs

Key Accountabilities

Key activities:

Responsible for calculating payment programs of Retail division

Provides data weekly / monthly information corresponding to each calculation program to help business units have information about performance and action plans to ensure the plan is delivered

Responsible for continuing improve process of calculation & payment for all payment programs to shortern turn-around-time (TAT) to increase motivation effects of those programs to business units

Supporting / advising business units and other departments of Retail division in developing appropriate policies / rules / methods in each period

Calculate the career pass as well as provide PMS data for Retail banking

Performing other tasks as assigned by upper management

Outcomes/ Measures:

Ensure the accuracy of the data and policies

Ensure all departments and units of Retail division have information to make decisions

% of reducing TAT in each period

Help the product department, BMT, Marketing to create flexible and attractive policies to motivate the sales staff participate enthusiastically and effectively

Provide a list of employees who are with satisfying conditions the career pass and PMS data to HR

Ensure finishing all tasks within required timeline.

Graduated with a Bachelor's degree or higher in Economics, Banking, Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or other related fields.

Possesses knowledge of retail banking products, services

Possesses knowledge of sales roles and business models in retail banking

Problem-solving skills in a creative way

Data management tools skill

Analytics skills using mutiple tools (Python, R)

BI tool skills using mutiple tools (Superset/ PBI/ Quicksight)

Have at least 5 years and above practical experience in managing BI system for retail banking & financial services

Have practical experience calculating KPI and payment scheme

Ability to work independently as well as teamwork

Ability to analyze, manage time and logical thinking

Possitive attitude

Professional, self-confident, proactive and be able to handle stress/conflict
