You'll support the design, development, and maintenance of data pipelines, data marts, and dashboards that drive performance tracking and reporting across a broad range of operational functions — including customer service, repayment, disbursement, loan management, and reconciliation, among others.ResponsibilitiesWrite and optimize SQL queries against Oracle and StarRocks data warehousesDevelop and maintain Power BI dashboards (call performance, agent performance, ticket complaints, loan disbursals, ETL monitoring)Assist in designing and refining data marts and dimensional models for operationsPrepare ad-hoc reports and data extracts to support operational decision-makingInvestigate and resolve discrepancies between source systems and reporting outputsMonitor pipeline health and troubleshoot data quality issuesDocument data definitions, pipeline logic, and dashboard specifications for team referenceCollaborate with the team on data pipeline design and version control 1–3 years of experience as a Data Analyst, BI Developer, or similar roleSolid SQL skills; comfortable writing complex queries and debugging data issuesStrong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and Power BIBasic understanding of ETL/data pipeline conceptsGood communication skills in both Vietnamese and EnglishDetail-oriented, comfortable with iterative debugging and root-cause analysis Ngành nghề: Tài chính / Đầu tư, Ngân hàng, CNTT - Phần mềm Kinh nghiệm: 1 Năm Cấp bậc: Nhân viên Hình thức: Nhân viên chính thức Địa điểm: Hồ Chí Minh
