Top-down and bottom-up realistic initial planning for department.
Buying planning: budget, pricing- Control stocks management processes, launching alignment, distribution, restock, replenishment, consolidation by area and channels and country level. Ensure a healthy stock situation by managing its productivity, seasonality, aging, etc.
Review inventory reporting sell-through, end of season analysis, buying accuracy to optimization markets merchandise matrix.
Work closely with Category team about department strategy such as pricing, product development, launching schedule, repeat orders.
Cooperating with logistics department to have an efficient supply chain, shipment tracking, goods receiving, and coordinating shipment error claims.
Creation of reports to review sales performance and identify areas of relevance, gaps, and solutions.
Performs other ad-hoc projects when required by Supply Chain Manager IV.
Requirements
of the role:- Preferably 02 years’ experience in demand Planner or Inventory Management or related fields.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in Excel, BI is a plus- Analytical with a head for numbers and attention to detail.
Business savvy with excellent planning and organization skills to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
